My name is Melanie Kindrachuk, and I’m a librarian by day; a dedicated reader, journal writer, labyrinth enthusiast, art-maker, sewing maven, writer and teacher by night.
All of those fascinations have led to my explorations of many self-care modalities, and I always have a strong desire to share both my excitement about and my hard-won knowledge of anything I study.
I have spent years studying and exploring writing, whether journal writing, explorative poetry, or in reading others’ writings. I’m a Certified Labyrinth Facilitator (through Veriditas) and lead groups as they explore the powerful metaphors in a labyrinth walk. I’ve studied mandalas, collage and other art forms, and have a deep and abiding respect for the way that art works in our lives.
Join me for one of the wide variety of workshop experiences that I offer, and learn and share along with a group of like-minded creative and contemplative people! My schedule will be posted on this website and via social media as new dates are set.
I also offer bespoke journaling, art-making or labyrinth workshops for organizations, whether large or small, and have worked with groups ranging from elementary schools to adult workplaces to senior care residences. Contact me for more information about this option, at firstname.lastname@example.org
I am located in Stratford, Ontario, Canada, and teach classes and workshops in this region. I am also working on some online options, more information to come soon!
